Odd or Not So Odd?

Thursday around 3:00AM a horrible storm hit the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Our tornado siren went off and we lost power at 3:30AM. We called the electric company and they said the power should be back on by noon. Well, that didn't happen... our neighbor came by and said that she was told it was not going to come on until Saturday. So, we were gone all day and came home before dinner time to feed Tatum and Linkin. We didn't want to strap them back into their carseats to go get dinner so Mark came up with this great idea...

Looks not so good... but it is spaghetti with tomatoes and sauce all made on the grill.

Here is the master chef at work!!

Okay... so this next picture is only about a mile from our house. What are your thoughts about it?

Hmmm, should we try to make a session? :)

You guys are SOOO smart AND super talented. Using the grill, who would have thunk it? I am so impressed. "Y'all" handled that a lot better than I would have. As far as attending a session, I'll just leave that one alone!!

Ok that is funny. That's a great way to spike people's interests! And I just have to comment, your little kiddos are soooo cute! They just seem so happy.

Great dinner idea...maybe I should put Woody to work! As for the sign, I had to read it twice. And people think Mormons are a little strange.

Okay, diddo with the grill! Way to have your thinking cap on, Mark! And not even to make hot dogs or steaks... Spaghetti! Who would've thought?

You two are so creative! You could totally survive without appliances! Well, okay.....maybe not a washing machine though with both those little babies pooping every 30 minutes!!!

And that church sign.....CRAZY! My sister's church had some kind of seminar like that about sex and other "sinful" things and it just blows my mind that they advertise and get people to come that way. Gross!
